Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over £200 net and £6.50 for orders under £200 net with our preferred courier. Please note that we cannot leave items without a signature.
Standard delivery is FREE for orders over €300 net and €8.95 for orders under €300 net in ROI with our preferred courier. Please note that we cannot leave items without a signature.
Products without a logo or personalisation will take 1-2 working days or 3-5 working days for delivery, depending on the product(s) and customer location. Products with a logo or personalisation will average 7-10 working days from when the artwork is approved. This can extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak seasons and is subject to stock availability. Should any delays occur, our customer services team will be in touch to provide regular updates as well as alternative garments where appropriate.
In the case of shortage or damage, you must retain the carriers receipt and Cottonmount Trading informed within three working days of the delivery date.

If you return non-faulty goods for any reason, whether the returns are accepted or not is at our discretion and the goods will be subject to a handling and restocking charge of 15%.
A surcharge of up to 25% may be charged for goods not returned in a re-saleable condition or in the original packaging.
